About

There’s not really much to me.

I like cute things and am rather tall.

My mental health is not all that great

And Rai or RaiRai is somewhat a pseudonym, but, at the same time, it’s not.

Hit me up at rairairainybum@gmail.com or check out my tumblr, FlounderingNemo -though not much happens there….

  1. It’s a pleasure to meet you Rairai. Thanks for the like on one of my posts to enable this connection. My mental health has not been great either, but that does not define me and if possible it would be great to think that you feel this way too as you grow stronger. To me, what I’ve read so far, shows me that there is a lot to you – I wish you would believe that.

    • And yourself! It would honestly be great to feel like that, but a lot of the time I can’t imagine myself away from the mental health struggles I face because I cannot remember myself without them, which I believe sometimes leads me to think that people know my mental health and not myself; if you know what I mean?? I’m really glad that your mental health does not define you; that is really something that I should aim for!

      • Rairai, I am not sure what your particular mental health issues are, and I am not going to be presumptuous about how I think you should deal with them. But I do believe that there is hope for everyone and sometimes when you are up to your eyes and drowning in what you feel is something that will never change, it is easy to lose hope and feel that things will remain the same forever.
I think I may be a lot older than you:), but when I was your age, there is no one who could tell me that things would get better and I would believe them.:) But now, years later and after much therapy I am able to say that my mental health does not define me. It has taken me a long time to get here. If you like, make it an ‘aim’ and take stock now and again to measure how far you’ve come. Do you think that is something you could do?
